Good afternoon my brothers and sisters in Christ in the communities of CCRC.
Attached is the official protocol issued by the Office of Spiritual Affairs pertaining to Clergy and Laity residing outside the Archdiocese of Toronto, and who are invited to work with Lay Movements or Associations within the Archdiocese of Toronto.
This protocol is to be strictly observed by all Lay Movements and Associations that invite clergy or laity who reside outside of the Archdiocese of Toronto, to offer retreats, conferences, days of reflection, and sacramental ministry to the faithful of all Lay Movements and Associations.
PLEASE NOTE: Meeting the criteria of this Protocol DOES NOT GUARANTEE that one ' s request will be granted by the Episcopal Vicar for Lay Movements and Associations, or by the Office of Spiritual Affairs.
Please ensure that copies of this protocol are given to the different leaders of your ministries and are made available to all members of your communities.
As we serve God and our respective Communities/Prayer Groups, we follow and submit to the guidelines and instructions of the Magisterium of our Church established by our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.
